Commission on Financial Efficiency
The Commission on Financial Efficiency (COFE) was established to:
- Bring more efficient and effective County services to Cabarrus residents by reviewing financial, construction and operational practices and
- Report findings and recommendations to the Cabarrus County Board of Commissioners for review and action.
COFE has space for seven members.
